      We help landlords and letting agents to                      look after their rented properties

Based in Teignmouth, we have been providing support services including inspections, inventories and checkouts since 2014. With 5 years experience in the lettings industry before this, so at this point we have more than 10 years of industry experience.  Moreover, we are a full member of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC).

We are putting all that knowledge and experience into helping landlords and agents with their rented properties by providing inventories, inspections and checkout services.

We are a full member of the AIIC, with over 10 years' experience in the lettings industry and over 7 years inventory experience - so what does that mean to you?

AIIC Membership
The AIIC are an independent and not-for profit organisation whose aim is to raise the standards of inventory reporting.  As such, being a member means we adhere to their stringent guidelines, and benefit from their knowledge and guidance.

Knowledge and experience
There are plenty of service providers out there, and there are even templates to help you produce inventory reports, carry out inspections or create a checkout comparison report yourself.  However, any template is only ever as good as the information that is put into it.  We use our experience and knowledge to make the reports we create as detailed but concise as possible, adhering to the AIIC guidelines - resulting in a user friendly and informative document that does what it is intended to do.

Concise and easy to read reports
We have seen all manner of reports over the years, ranging from a single page of text with no detail at all, to reports that are well over 100 pages long and full of repeated and unnecessary information.  As impressive as a 100 page document first sounds, it can be difficult and long winded to read, without providing any additional information than a more concise report. We believe a report should be concise, easy to follow and informative - and that is what we think we produce.

We believe we provide high quality reports and have a good level of experience and expertise in our field. Our charges are designed to reflect our expertise, whilst representing good value for money - set out in a clear table, so that you always know how much it will cost for us to carry out work on your behalf.

Professional and flexible service
The simple things can make all the difference, so we try to be flexible with our availability and we make sure we turn up on time.  We pride ourselves in our professional approach, appearance and manner.  There may be no direct affect on the reports we produce by doing this, but turning up late (or not at all), appearing messy, or using unprofessional language can all have a negative impact on you.

Every visit to a property is undergone as an independent and impartial inspector, to help ensure fairness and parity.

Up-to-date
The lettings industry has undergone huge changes recently, with yet more changes to come. They don't all have an impact on the services we provide, but we like to keep up to date with whats happening, and ensure that where appropriate, we make changes and advise you if necessary.  In additional, another benefit of being a member of the AIIC is that they also advise of changes that impact what we do, and produce guidelines accordingly, to ensure their members stay up-to-date.
